Can I configure my phone automatically?
If you have a Nokia or Sony Ericsson phone the chances are you'll be able to configure it automatically to connect through Tiscali's dial-up service. Just select your phone and enter your mobile number in the configuration tool, below. If your phone is not in the list we recommend you use the manual settings below.
How do I setup my phone manually?
If your phone is not supported by our configuration tool (below) you can still setup your phone using the settings below. Not all phones have the all the options and some give certain settings different names.

How do I use Tiscali Mobile with GPRS?
You can still get access to all Tiscali WAP services if you are a GPRS user. Simply bookmark our address in your phone: http://mobile.tiscali.co.uk. To find out how to get GPRS, please contact your mobile operator.
How do I get email on my phone?
There are two ways to access your Tiscali email on your phone. Some newer phones allow you to read and write email directly and most WAP phones can use our WAP mail service.
Do use your phone's built-in mail reader you will need to configure your phone using these settings, using your full Tiscali email address as your username.
If you prefer to use WAP mail, just go to our WAP home page at mobile.tiscali.co.uk and click email! It's as simple as that.
